Winterizing and Storage

Like most tanks and pipes freezing temps can damage the unit. Most often they cause the distribution tube inside the tank to bust/crack or the tank itself to bust. We suggest that the tank be drained if it is going to be in freezing temperatures.

Step 1: Perform the regeneration process.
Step 2: Drain water from unit (do not dump the resin out).
Step 3: Unit is ready for storage.
