Free ground shipping will occur when shipping within the United States. Orders that need to ship freight, international, or to Hawaii/Alaska can incur extra shipping charges.

Why are the resin beads leaving my tank?

The resin beads can leave the tank if the distribution tube inside the tank has been damaged/cracked. This can be fixed by getting a new distribution tube.
